The Eagle program is made up of 15 individual workouts that can be done at majority of hotels. The first 5 workouts have a lower body emphasis, the next 5 workouts have an upper body emphasis, and the last 5 workouts are cardio and core based. This program was created to help individuals that travel a lot and want to have a workout to follow for when they are on the road.
